To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
Perishable goods such as food items, opened packages, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Please ensure you read product details carefully before purchasing.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as applicable.
