2. Role of the Platform

Haritham Foods acts solely as a facilitator between you and product sellers. We don’t manufacture all products ourselves, and terms between you and sellers also apply. Prices are listed by sellers and may differ from retrospective MRPs; we reserve the right to correct any errors.

3. Product Pricing & Availability

  • Product prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability and can cancel orders if necessary.

4. Orders, Payments & Cancellation

  • Full payment is required before shipping. We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other gateways displayed at checkout.
  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. Once dispatched, cancellations aren’t possible.
  • For bulk or promotional offers, additional conditions may apply and will be indicated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
  • We are not responsible for courier or customs delays, incorrect address details, or storage negligence.
  • Delivery will be attempted twice; failure on both attempts may result in order cancellation without refund.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days for products in original, unopened condition—unless stated otherwise.
  • Returns of damaged items or mis-shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Refunds exclude shipping costs and will be processed after return fulfillment and inspection.
  • No restocking fees will be charged.

7. Privacy & Security

We collect personal data (name, address, email, payment info) solely to process your orders. We store and process your data in compliance with our Privacy Policy, using secure, encrypted systems.

8. Intellectual Property
